Storm Mandible is Rex's younger cousin and the only weather presenter in Britain to report every front as an invasion.
He describes Atlantic rain as "migrant weather" and storms named in Portugal as "not even named here". Every arrow on his map points at Kent.
His quiff has never moved in any wind, which meteorologists have described as "not possible".
